This is a super simple idea. We did it a few year back for the 4th of July and thought it would be fun to do it with the new Witch cookie cutters we got. Painting with cookie cutters is great for smaller toddlers and even babies but it is still fun for the preschool age as well. This is one of those easy ideas that take literally no time to put together but that are a fun and festive activity for your child.
What you’ll need:
- Halloween Cookie Cutters- we used these witch ones
She decided the easiest way was to use a paintbrush to paint the bottom of the cookie cutter. For younger toddlers it might be easier to put the paint on plates and let them dip the cookie cutters in the paint.
Next, stamp the cookie cutter on the paper. Pretty simple!
She wanted to paint in the shapes afterwards.
