Isabella is now 13 months old and changes everyday. She is walking all over the place and now even attempts to run. She has been on the slow side with language but this week she added 3 words to her repertoire. She can say “baby”, “ball”, and “eye”. She has also has been trying to say several other words. Sadly, she still doesn’t say mama. It is not surprising that her first words are “ball” and “baby” because she loves balls and she loves her baby! Her new favorite thing right now is balls, she has several in different sizes and she adores them. She also really loves her baby dolls. She hugs them, kisses them, rocks them, and feeds them their bottle. 
She had her first haircut and it was long overdue! She has such crazy hair. It is curly and most of the time looks like I don’t comb it but I do! I promise. 
She did pretty well until mid way through she started to get upset so they gave her a sucker and of course that quieted her down. Thanks to her aunt Nicholle, she loves her sugar. I tried to take it out of her mouth to get a picture and you would have thought the world was ending right there and then. 
She has never been a cuddly baby but recently she has gotten so sweet. She will just come up to me and give me a kiss or hug. It melts my heart.
